This May, I had the privilege of photographing a truly unforgettable wedding in Louisville. From a relaxed morning at the bride’s family home to a lively celebration at The Garden Court, it was a day filled with love, joy, and beautiful moments. The morning began with calm excitement as the bride and her loved ones prepared for the big day. There was no rush—just laughter, happy tears, and the kind of easygoing energy that makes wedding mornings so special.

One of the highlights of the day was the historic Louisville bus the couple rented to transport the bridal party. It was not only a fun way to add a little nod to the city, but also made for a stunning backdrop for some of the couple’s portraits. The real magic, though, happened when we arrived at The Garden Court, one of Louisville’s most iconic venues. The sun was shining, the garden was in full bloom, and the outdoor ceremony was a picture-perfect way for the couple to exchange vows.

After the ceremony, the celebration continued inside with an unforgettable reception full of dancing and laughter.
